For three years we have been engaging in manufacturing of metal designs, and
also for two years we have been conducting installation and service of door
intercommunication systems. During the work we have faced some factors which
reduce efficiency of the door intercommunication systems. As we are manufacturers
of the doors for installation of the door intercommunication systems both
for entrances and for offices and private houses. We have developed absolutely
perfect design of a door, that has allowed to increase the effect from use
of the door intercommunication systems.
As a rule, the electromagnetic lock was established in the top part of a door,
that frequently resulted in traumas of a head, deformation of a door and a
booming roar at closing. The shutter operates as 2 meter lever at often using,
resulting in deformation of a door.
We had developed the formula of useful model "Door" where the electric
lock is established in the middle of a deaf (monolithic) part of a door that
has allowed to make a door silent and inaccessible for third persons. It has
created a huge competition for the assemblers who put the electromagnetic
lock in the old manner above. They had to make doors of more powerful materials
and to put electromagnetic locks with the effort of 450 kg, and it has increased
the effect. The design of a door, developed by us for installation of the
electromagnetic lock in the middle, on the contrary allows to reduce the charge
of materials and to use the locks with effort of 300 kg, and also raises the
effect of closing of a door, rigidity and reliability of the design once and
again. The effect from this design only in our small firm has made more than
60 thousand roubles in a year (there are about 8 doors under a door intercommunication
system and about 15 door intercommunication systems in a month).
Also we carry
out the alteration and modernization of the old doors on which there was a
code lock or the mechanical lock under installation of the electromagnetic
lock in the middle.
